DESK STUDIES
A Phase 1 Desk Study Report is the initial step in any construction project. Its purpose is to give a comprehensive overview of the site's history and environmental context. This can help shape the direction and goals of the Site Investigation.
Site Testing, Gas and Groundwater Monitoring
A range of in-situ site testing can be carried out to understand things like drainage properties of the soil, bearing capacities, California bearing ratio, in-situ density, and much more. We provide this both in-house and through preferred suppliers.

Gas and groundwater monitoring is typically required to understand the gas regime on site and or groundwater levels to assist with risk mitigation and design work. This is provided as an extremely competitive service in-house
Site Investigation
An intrusive site investigation is customized to each site. It involves gathering and analyzing the soil, surface water, groundwater, and ground gas. This process helps identify any possible sources of contamination and assess their severity, ensuring that any risks are understood and addressed.

It also provides necessary information on ground conditions for engineering design of roads, foundations, earth structures, drainage properties etc.

We are able to deliver basic through to complex site investigations across greenfield and brownfield sites with experience of a broad range if geology and site conditions.
Reporting and Consultancy
A range of reports are typically required as part of our services. We provide cost-effective factual reporting in line with UK guidance in-house. We work with a broad range of typically independent sub-consultants providing design consultancy services and advice.
